Final Phase Fat Loss is a 6 week training program with 16 different workouts. This program is mostly for people who are already in some kind of weight loss process but need something extra to shed off those nasty stubborn pounds. Each week you will do 4 workouts. Each of the workouts target a different element of why the body clings to those last pounds of fat and how you can work to get rid of them. A special emphasis is placed on dealing with those troublesome hormones as I’ve discussed.

There are 4 types of workouts:

Lactic Acid training with slow tempos to produce a tremendous amount of lactic acid, which will in turn ellicit the release of lots of growth hormone? Excellent for fat loss, and even has a positive effect on insulin management.

Dynamic Workouts (These are pretty standard fast pased training workout, focusing on dynamic exercises like lunges and step ups.? You’re probably very familiar with stuff like this, it’s just some of the exercises that may be a bit new).

Density Training (This workout style helps to combat Estrogen which can end up in an increase in fat storage on your manboobs, upper legs, buttocks, and hip. These workouts can be very tough to perform as you are always attempting to beat yourself by inflating the density of the exercise programmes in contrast to past sessions. Heavy Strength (heavy weight to keep strength up, as well as increase neurogenic and myogenic muscle tone.?
