The reason you want to build muscle to burn fat is because you want to blast away calories. Well, your muscle cells will do this at a much quicker rate than fat cells. Therefore, concentrate on burning calories and you will in turn be burning fat at the same time.

Get Your Heart Pumping. Obviously, to get your heart pumping you will have to do some sort of exercise. However, this does not have to be anything extremely strenuous or difficult. The goal is to get your heart pumping for about 15-20 minutes each day. However, 3-4 times a week is acceptable too. You can do this by going on an evening walk, a bicycle ride or with the help of a short cardio workout DVD.

In conclusion, Burning body fat is not magic science. You just need a step by step process and some action to make it happen. A proper diet and the right burning fat workouts can help you burn body fat completely, get you into shape and make you happier of yourself.
